This corporation is in existence to provide excellence in consumer care for the developmentally challenged. It recognizes its duty and responsibility to the growth and development of the individuals it serves. This shall include the provision of clean, orderly surroundings, activity and training at developmental levels appropriate to the individual, written Individual service plans, and an opportunity for involvement in social, recreational, and community events. The corporation will also provide training programs designed to foster socially acceptable behavior, and assurance that all Human Rights and consumer privacy are respected.

This corporation recognizes the existence of God and is dedicated to the idea that each developmentally challenged person is a special part of His creation. Therefore, as an individual creation of God, each person is worthy of respect, love, confidence, and is entitled to a meaningful life and to foster growth to reach their fullest potential physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Parents, guardians, and consumers are encouraged to participate in the development of the Individual Service Plan. They are also welcome to present suggestions for the improvement of consumer care. The corporation will serve developmentally challenged individuals who have been deemed appropriate for placement in a community environment.

Necessary services, as identified by the individual consumer's ISP, shall be provided as identified by the Interdisciplinary (ID) Team. The corporation consultants and staff will devise written individualized programs. The corporation shall employ consultants in the areas of sensory, motor, recreation, nursing, speech and language, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other disciplines as necessary for the health and well being of the consumer. The ID Team shall develop programs in the areas of habilitation training, behavior modification, socialization, and self-help. Should they require other services, such services will be provided whenever possible by the corporation staff or outside agencies.
